By clicking the pictures on this page, you can look through some of the content writing samples from my internship at the Florence Griswold Museum when I was studying at Butler University.

The first image of children in the gallery will be a link to a draft of a letter I wrote that accompanied the Pfizer Grant I developed while at this internship. The grant was for a project initiative that provided "Take and Make" art kits for children in the nearby children's hospital.

The second image will link to a solicitation letter I wrote focused on soliciting funds for an arts camp to support young artists. I wrote two versions of this letter based on what COVID-19 restrictions might be in place. Primarily this internship focused on writing letters used for fundraising, which was exciting to learn how to write in that style.

The third and final image will link to a spreadsheet I started to give to the museum that tracks potential funders who might be interested in working with the museum. This information allows for at a quick glance to see what organizations align with the mission of the Florence Griswold Museum and how best to approach communications.
